Tashkent, Uzbekistan (UzDaily.uz) — In Tashkent, due to worsening road conditions and traffic difficulties on the city’s street network, some bus routes may experience deviations from the approved schedule, including longer intervals between buses, the joint-stock company “Toshshaharttranskhizmat” reported.
The company urged private car drivers to take the difficult road conditions into account and, where possible, avoid using personal vehicles unless absolutely necessary, especially if the car is not equipped with winter tires.
Strict adherence to speed limits was also emphasized.
Pedestrians are advised to exercise increased caution when crossing the streets.
To reduce congestion on city roads, residents are encouraged to use public transport whenever possible.
