Toshelektroapparat owns 80% stake in Uzelektroapparat-Electroshield

Tashkent, Uzbekistan (UzDaily.uz) -- Foreign enterprise Toshelektroapparat became an owner of controlling package of shares in the enterprise Uzelektroapparat-Electroshield.

Toshelektroapparat became the owner of 80% stake of Uzelektroapparat-Electroshield in the result of the deal from 11 December 2015 on placement of shares.

Uzelektroapparat-Electroshield is a producer of electrotechnical equipment and also offers services on designing electrotechnical parts of projects and commissioning of its products.
