Tashkent, Uzbekistan (UzDaily.uz) - The Government adopted a resolution "On measures to organize the annual Tashkent International Tourism Fair "Tourism on the Silk Road".
In accordance with the resolution, starting from 2019, with the support of the UN World Tourism Organization, the Tashkent International Tourism Fair will be held annually on Wednesday or Friday of the third week of November in Tashkent.
Within the framework of the fair, the festival of national cuisine “Taste of the Silk Road” and the exhibition “Oriental Bazaar” will be organized.
The State Committee for Tourism Development annually, starting from 2020, at least 6 months before the start of the fair, on a competitive basis attracts organizations specializing in this direction to organize and conduct the fair.
The expenses of the participants in the framework of the fair related to international flights, meals, accommodation and the installation of exhibition stands for advertising materials will be covered at the expense of the participants.
