South Korean envoy holds talks at Uzbekistan’s MFA

Tashkent, Uzbekistan (UzDaily.com) -- Ambassador Extraordinary and Plenipotentiary of the Republic of Korea to the Republic of Uzbekistan Lee Wook-heon held negotiations at the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of Uzbekistan on 9 June 2014.

The sides discussed practical issues of upcoming bilateral meetings at various levels, including consideration of proposals on expanding bilateral legal base of cooperation.

As earlier reported, South Korean President Park Geun-hye will pay a visit to Uzbekistan on 16-18 June 2014. Park Geun-hye will hold meeting with the Uzbek President Islam Karimov within the visit.
