Small businesses can attract more workers in Uzbekistan

Tashkent, Uzbekistan (UzDaily.uz) -- From 1 July 2014 small businesses on separate labour-intensive sectors of industries can attract more employees.

President of Uzbekistan Islam Karimov signed a decree “On additional measures on further improving investment climate and business environment in Uzbekistan”, which set new average annual number of employees at the small enterprises.

According to the decree, average annual number of employees at the small businesses in separate labour-intensive sectors of industries was increased twice – from 100 to 200 people.
