Six citizens of Uzbekistan get Academic Palms of France orders

Tashkent, Uzbekistan (UzDaily.com) -- Ambassador Extraordinary and Plenipotentiary of France in Uzbekistan Jacques-Henry Heuls handed of Academic Palms of France order to six representatives of Uzbekistan.

The French Academic Palms recognizes those who have rendered eminent service to French education and have contributed actively to the prestige of French culture. For those who are named and promoted in the Order of the French Academic Palms (l’Ordre des Palmes académiques), this esteemed distinction acknowledges their merits, talents, and exemplary activities.

The Government of France awarded Academic Palms of France order to six citizens of Uzbekistan.

French envoy handed over orders to Islom Dekhkonov, Aziza Zoirova, Shuhrat Kayumov, Svetlana Makaryants, Irina Mavlanova and Pathiddin Nishonov.
