Sherzodbek Karimov joins Pakhtakor

Tashkent, Uzbekistan (UzDaily.com) -- Captain of Uzbekistan U-19 and nominee of the AFC Youth Player of the Year 2008 Sherzodbek Karimov joined 2008 vice-champions of Uzbekistan Pakhtakor Tashkent.

Pakhtakor said that the club signed a multi-year agreement with Sherzodbek Karimov, who helped Uzbekistan U-19 to reach final of the AFC U-19 Championship in Saudi Arabia.

19-year old player joined Pakhtakor from Kyzylkum Zarafshon, where he had been playing since 2007.
