Tashkent, Uzbekistan (UzDaily.uz) — The National Agency for Advanced Projects has revoked SEMURG INSURANCE JSC’s license to conduct mandatory insurance activities.

According to the agency, the company failed to meet the requirement to form a charter capital of 50 billion soums, which is mandatory for carrying out operations in compulsory types of general insurance and came into effect on 1 October 2025.

As a result, SEMURG INSURANCE’s license has been amended, allowing the company to operate only in the field of voluntary general insurance.
