Salaries in Uzbekistan to rise 20% from 1 September

President of Uzbekistan signed a decree on 21 July 2008 on increasing the size of the minimum salary, pensions, stipends and social allowances, UzA.uz reported.

The document envisages increase of the minimum salary of the budget-supported structures’ and organizations’ employees, as well as stipends, pensions and social allowances 1.2 times on the average.
