Tashkent, Uzbekistan (UzDaily.uz) -- Sakhi Annaklichev was appointed chairman of the board of the Business Development Bank. Previously, he served as chairman of the board of Uzsanoatkurilishbank.
Alisher Muratov became the first deputy chairman of the bank. Prior to his appointment, he served as chairman of the board of Qishloqqurilishbank, the report notes.
According to the decree of the President of Uzbekistan from 4 September 2023, the joint-stock commercial bank “Business Development Bank” was created on the basis of the joint-stock commercial bank Qishloqqurilishbank.
The activities of the new bank are aimed, as a priority, at financing projects of small businesses and providing them with comprehensive services, the press service recalled.
