Rustam Kholmatov is new governor of Tashkent region

Rustam Kholmatov became new governor of Tashkent region on 16 December.
Kholmatov will replace acting Tashkent region governor Ziyovuddin Niyozov.
Before appointment, Rustam Kholmatov served as governor of Quyi Chirchiq district of Tashkent region.
