Rescue Services Save One-Year-Old Child in Namangan Region
Tashkent, Uzbekistan (UzDaily.com) — Emergency responders from the Ministry of Emergency Situations of Uzbekistan rescued a one-year-old child who fell into a sewage pit in Uychi district of the Namangan region.
According to the regional emergency department, the incident occurred on 22 May at 18:47 in the “Muborak” mahalla of a private household, where the child was left unattended.
Rescue teams arrived at the scene immediately after receiving the report. One of the rescuers entered the pit and successfully retrieved the child.
After the rescue operation, the child was provided with medical assistance and handed over to family members.
