Tashkent, Uzbekistan (UzDaily.uz) — Hotel chain Reikartz has announced the launch of a new premium leisure format in the Charvak mountain area under the name Reikartz Dacha Charvak. The project is positioned as an intimate retreat designed for private relaxation, combining the atmosphere of a country dacha with premium resort-level service.
The new property will consist of only four two-story duplex units intended for families and small groups. The concept emphasizes privacy and deliberately avoids the format of a large hotel complex in favor of a limited number of residences with individual living spaces.
The infrastructure of the complex will include fully equipped duplexes, private patios with cooking facilities, both indoor and outdoor swimming pools, and a spa area with saunas and jacuzzis. Additional services will include housekeeping, laundry, and dishwashing.
The project targets travelers seeking a quiet nature-based holiday while maintaining a high standard of comfort and service. The opening of Reikartz Dacha Charvak is scheduled for June 2026.
The company said the new format is part of its broader strategy to expand its presence in the hospitality market and develop tourism destinations in Uzbekistan.
