Tashkent, Uzbekistan (UzDaily.com) — Effective from 15 June 2026, Rafal Juszczak Marcin has officially assumed his duties as the Chairman of the Management Board of JSCB Hamkorbank, one of the leading commercial banks in Uzbekistan.
His appointment to the executive role was approved by the financial institution's supervisory board and finalized following the mandatory clearance procedure with the Central Bank of the Republic of Uzbekistan.
In his new role, the international top manager will focus on key aspects of the credit organization's transformation. Juszczak will place a particular emphasis on the long-term strategic development of Hamkorbank, further strengthening its position in the domestic financial services market, and actively introducing and scaling modern digital solutions for various client segments.
Rafal Juszczak Marcin was born on 7 September 1969 in the Polish city of Iława. He completed his higher education and holds a master's degree. The new head of the bank is fluent in Russian and English, while his native language is Polish.
Juszczak is internationally recognized as a high-level executive with over 30 years of practical experience in the banking and financial sectors. Throughout his professional career, he has successfully managed large financial institutions across several countries, serving as chairman of the board at leading banks in Poland, Ukraine, and Belarus.
