Qishloq Qurilish Bank to pay dividends on preferential shares

Tashkent, Uzbekistan (UzDaily.com) -- Qishloq Qurilish Bank open joint stock commercial bank will pay dividends on preferential shares of the bank for 2009, the bank said in a statement.

In line with the decision of the shareholders, the bank will pay 25 soums per each preferential share, or 25% to nominal value.

According to the bank, the number of ordinary shares made up 881 million soums and preferential stock – 9 million.

As earlier reported, the net income of Qishloq Qurilish Bank decreased by 4.84 times in 2009 to 1.063 billion soums, according to audited balance of the bank.
