President signs resolution on celebration of Navruz

Tashkent, Uzbekistan (UzDaily.com) -- On 24 February 2014, President of Uzbekistan Islam Karimov signed a resolution on preparation and celebration of Navruz in 2014.

With his resolution, the Uzbek leader approved an organizational committee and a creative group on preparation and celebration of Navruz.

President entrusted an organizational committee to develop and implement a plant measures on celebration of Navruz as public festival across Uzbekistan.

The resolution said that the organizational committee will attract professional singers and folk groups to solemn ceremonies.
