Uzbekistan receives 1 million more doses of COVID-19 vaccine

Tashkent, Uzbekistan (UzDaily.uz) -- Uzbekistan received another 1 million doses of the ZF-UZ-VAC2001 vaccine against coronavirus. This was reported by the press service of the Ministry of Health.

On Tuesday, the third batch of ZF-UZ-VAC2001 coronavirus vaccine was delivered from China to Uzbekistan.

In March-April 2021, Uzbekistan received two batches of ZF-UZ-VAC2001 vaccine, 1 million doses each.

ZF-UZ-VAC2001 is a recombinant vaccine developed by scientists from the Institute of Microbiology of the Chinese Academy of Sciences and manufactured by the pharmaceutical company Anhui Zhifei Longcom Biopharmaceutical.
