Mirziyoyev and Vucic Begin High-Level Talks in Belgrade

Tashkent, Uzbekistan (UzDaily.uz) — Uzbek President Shavkat Mirziyoyev, who arrived in Serbia on an official visit, was officially welcomed in Belgrade by Serbian President Aleksandar Vucic. Following the ceremony, the two presidents began high-level talks.

Mirziyoyev was received by Vucic at the Palace of Serbia, where an honour guard was lined up to welcome the Uzbek leader.

A military band performed the national anthems of Uzbekistan and Serbia, followed by a 10-round artillery salute.

The two presidents then inspected the honour guard and greeted members of the official delegations.

After a joint photo session, Mirziyoyev and Vucic proceeded to high-level negotiations, the Uzbek presidential press service said.
