IT Park Uzbekistan Expands Youth Employment Opportunities
Tashkent, Uzbekistan (UzDaily.uz) — IT Park Uzbekistan is expanding employment opportunities for specialists, students and graduates across the country by creating a unified candidate database for local and international companies.
Registered candidates’ resumes may be shared with companies, including IT Park Uzbekistan residents, when relevant vacancies and requests for specialists arise.
The database includes information on candidates’ professional experience, areas of specialisation, foreign language skills and preferred employment format. The initiative covers all regions of Uzbekistan, allowing employers to consider specialists from outside Tashkent.
Companies are seeking not only traditional IT professionals. In-demand specialists include developers, QA engineers, data specialists and designers, as well as employees in marketing, sales, customer service, finance, accounting and administration.
Recruitment for BPO and call centres remains another area of focus. Companies working with international markets and overseas customers are also interested in specialists with foreign language skills. Candidates proficient in English, Russian, German, French, Spanish, Turkish, Arabic, Chinese, Japanese and Korean are particularly in demand.
Depending on employers’ requirements, candidates may be offered office-based, hybrid or remote work. This expands opportunities for specialists from the regions and enables companies to recruit employees beyond Tashkent.
One of the tools used to build the database is the Talent Park project. Candidates can submit their resumes through a dedicated bot and provide information about their experience, skills and professional field. When suitable vacancies become available, a candidate’s profile may be forwarded to major local and international companies, including IT Park Uzbekistan residents.
Up-to-date information about career opportunities and open vacancies is also published on the project’s Telegram channel.
Registration in the database does not constitute automatic employment and does not guarantee a job offer. However, it gives specialists an additional opportunity to present their professional profiles to potential employers and take part in further candidate selection.
Candidates can submit their resumes through @talent_park_bot, while information about current opportunities is available through the @talentparkuz Telegram channel.
