Tashkent, Uzbekistan (UzDaily.uz) — Uzbekistan’s Interior Ministry will hold a demonstration of law enforcement personnel, specialised and modern equipment, service vehicles and mounted cavalry at Amir Temur Square in Tashkent at 5 p.m. on 25 October.

The event will be monitored by drones, the ministry said.

The demonstration is being held to mark the 35th anniversary of the establishment of Uzbekistan’s internal affairs bodies and Interior Affairs Workers’ Day, which is observed on 25 October.

Organised around the themes of patriotism and preserving peace, the event is intended to showcase both the history and the modern image of the country’s internal affairs bodies.

Residents and visitors to the capital have been invited to attend.
