Fallen Tree Damages Two Vehicles on Tashkent Street

Tashkent, Uzbekistan (UzDaily.uz) — A large tree fell onto two vehicles on Makhtumkuli Street in the Mirzo-Ulugbek district of Tashkent early in the morning on 2 September 2026, causing property damage but no injuries, according to the press service of the capital's Emergency Situations Department.

The incident occurred at 05:32 when the multi-year tree collapsed, damaging a Tracker and a Leapmotor automobile.

Following the fall, authorities temporarily blocked traffic along the affected section of the road. Rescue operations and emergency services, alongside municipal maintenance workers, were deployed to the scene to clear the debris and address the consequences of the incident.

Traffic on the road segment was fully restored after emergency workers completed the cleanup operations.
