Tashkent, Uzbekistan (UzDaily.uz) -- Stakeholders of Navoiazot open joint stock company distributed net income of 2009 at the size of 1.145 billion soums, the company said in a statement.

Shareholders decided 5% of net income or 57.29 million soums to reserve fund. The company directed 1% of income or 11.458 million soums to Labour Protection Fund and the same sum to remunerate members of the Supervision Council, Reserve Commission and Board.

Stakeholders also directed 0.5% of net income or 5.729 million soums to stimulate workers for implementation of Complex measures on decreasing prime cost. Modernization and New Technology will get 17.5% of net income or 200.517 million soums.

The company directed 75% of net income or 859.361 million soums to pay dividends. The dividend size is 1,026.18 soums per share.

Navoiazot open joint stock company is largest chemical enterprise in Uzbekistan. The company started its activity in 1964 as fertilizers producer.

Currently, it is leading producer of fertilizers and organic synthesis and nitron fiber in Uzbekistan. The charter capital of the enterprise was 42,145 million soums at the end of 2009. The enterprise produces over 70 types of chemical products.
