Over 600 websites participate in Uzbek internet festival

About 617 websites were registered to participate at National Internet Festival in .Uz zone, organizers said.

The organizers noted that jury started to evaluate websites and the winners will be awarded on 28 September, last day of ICT Week in Uzbekistan.

The festival aimed at development of internet resources and services at .UZ zone. The websites registered in .UZ domain could participate in the festival, except blogs and livejournals.

Communication and Informatization Agency of Uzbekistan (UzACI) supports the festical. Centre for development and introduction of computer and information technologies (UZINFOCOM) and infoCOM.UZ magazine are organizers.
