Ohangaron Rangli Sement to be reorganized into LLC

Tashkent, Uzbekistan (UzDaily.com) -- Shareholders of Ohangaron Rangli Sement (Akhangaran Colour Cements) joint venture in form of open joint stock company adopted a decision on reorganization of the company into the joint venture in form of limited liability company.

The company said the shareholders can stay as the shareholder of the newly created company or sell shares to shareholders or the company.

The shareholders also approved the market price of share, on which the shareholders can sell their shares. The price of the share set at the level of 8,850 soums per share.

Shareholders, wishing to remain as founders of Ohangaron Rangli Sement JV LLV should confirm their intention by 22 December 2009 in written form and show their contribution to charter capital of the company.
