NGMK Produces More Than 1.5 Million Ounces of Gold in H1 2026

Tashkent, Uzbekistan (UzDaily.uz) — Navoi Mining and Metallurgical Company (NGMK) produced 1.5088 million troy ounces of gold during the first half of 2026, according to the company's operational results for the reporting period.

The company said the value of its total production reached 86.2 trillion Uzbek soums during the first six months of the year.

As part of its investment programme, NGMK invested US$236.8 million in development projects over the reporting period.

The company also reported the creation of 1,008 new jobs.

Under its localisation programme, NGMK manufactured locally sourced products worth 808.7 billion soums.

In addition, the company purchased goods valued at approximately 4.2 trillion soums through Uzbekistan's intersectoral industrial cooperation programme.
