New khokim of Almazar district appointed

A new khokim of Almazar district of Tashkent city was appointed.
Bakhtiyor Rakhmonov was appointed to the post of khokim of Almazar district. Earlier, he worked as the khokim of Sergeli district of Tashkent city.
Abdukahhar Tukhtaev was the khokim of Almazar. Recently, Tukhtaev became the Minister of Construction of Uzbekistan.
