Tashkent, Uzbekistan (UzDaily.uz) — Uzbekistan and the Japan International Cooperation Agency (JICA) discussed new areas of practical cooperation in medicine and pharmaceuticals during a meeting at the Agency for the Development of the Pharmaceutical Industry.

Director of the Agency Abdulla Azizov presented to the Japanese side ongoing reforms in Uzbekistan's pharmaceutical sector, measures to develop domestic production, attract investment, introduce innovations, and expand international cooperation.
