New deputy prime minister appointed in Uzbekistan

Tashkent, Uzbekistan (UzDaily.com) -- New Deputy Prime Minister and chairperson of the State Committee on architecture and construction has been appointed in Uzbekistan.

According to the governmental portal Gov.uz, Batir Zakirov has been appointed to the post of Deputy Prime Minister and chairperson of the State Committee on architecture and construction.

At this post, he replaced Batir Khodjaev, who has been earlier appointed as the First Deputy Economy Minister of Uzbekistan.
