New chairman of People’s Bank Board appointed

Tashkent, Uzbekistan (UzDaily.com) -- New chairperson of the Board of the state-commercial People’s Bank of Uzbekistan has been appointed on 10 August 2010.

In line with decision of the bank’s shareholders, Nodir Nazarov headed the Board of the People’s Bank. He replaced at this post Muhamet Jumagaldiev.

Muhamet Jumagaldiev had worked as chairperson of the Board of People’s Bank of Uzbekistan since December 2004.
