National .UZ domain administrator moves tariffs to soums

Tashkent, Uzbekistan (UzDaily.com) -- Center UZINFOCOM, administrator of .UZ domain zone, moved tariffs for registration and re-registration of domains in .UZ zone in national currency.

The administrator said that this change was made based on wishes of Registrars and dedicated to the celebrations of the 19th anniversary of Uzbekistan’s Independence.

From 1 September 2010, the cost of registration of domain for registrars will be 16,000 soums for a year and 48,000 soums for three years.
