France Defeat Senegal 3–1 at FIFA World Cup in the US

Tashkent, Uzbekistan (UzDaily.com) — The national team of France defeated Senegal 3–1 in a FIFA World Cup group-stage match held at MetLife Stadium in East Rutherford, New Jersey, United States.

Kylian Mbappé scored two goals for France in the 66th and 90+6th minutes. Bradley Barcola added another goal in the 82nd minute. For Senegal, Ibrahima Mbaye scored in stoppage time in the 90+5th minute.

Following the match, France collected three points and moved to the top of Group I. Norway and Iraq are also in the group and are scheduled to meet later.
