NAPP Revokes Investment Intermediary License of Toshkent Investitsiya Majmui

Tashkent, Uzbekistan (UzDaily.uz) — The National Agency for Perspective Projects (NAPP) of Uzbekistan has revoked the license of Toshkent Investitsiya Majmui LLC to perform professional activities as an investment intermediary in the securities market.

According to the agency, the decision was made in accordance with Article 33 of the Law of the Republic of Uzbekistan "On Licensing, Permissive and Notification Procedures," as well as paragraph 49 of the Regulation on the procedure for licensing professional activities of investment intermediaries and fiduciary managers of investment assets in the securities market.

License No. 1424, issued to the company on 16 August 2023, has been revoked. The decision entered into force on 29 July 2026.

NAPP also reported that corresponding changes have been made to the register of professional securities market participants published on the agency's official website.
