Ministry of Health: recovery rate from COVID-19 reaches 97%

Tashkent, Uzbekistan (UzDaily.com) -- As of 10 December 2020, the number of registered cases of coronavirus infections in Uzbekistan made up 74,664 (+166).

Two new cases were registered in Jizzakh region, 3 cases in Kashkadarya region, 6 cases in Bukhara region, 27 cases in Tashkent region, 128 cases in Tashkent city.

Yesterday afternoon, three people contracted the virus in Karakalpakstan, 2 people in Jizzakh region, 4 people in Kashkadarya region, 4 people in Bukhara region and 27 people in Tashkent region.

In Tashkent, 141 patients recovered from COVID-19, which totaled 71,921 (+181) people, and the recovery rate made up 97%.

Today in the republic 2,132 patients are being treated in medical institutions, 179 of them are in serious condition, 34 are in critical condition.
