Kyrgyzstan ratifies consular convention with Uzbekistan

Tashkent, Uzbekistan (UzDaily.com) -- President of Kyrgyzstan Almazbek Atambaev signed a law “On ratification of consular convention between Kyrgyzstan and Uzbekistan, signed on 27 September 2000 in Bishkek” on 21 January 2013.

The law was passed by Jogorku Kenesh of Kyrgyzstan on 20 December, the Department of information policy of the Kyrgyz President’s Office said.

According to the law, Ministry of Foreign Affairs of Kyrgyzstan should carry out exchange of ratification notes.
