Kazakh, Uzbek ministries to prepare conception of free trade area creation

The agreement on free trade area creation between the Kazakh and Uzbek presidents was reached in April.

"It is principally a new document, which will foresee not only renewal of customs duty, but the issues of regulation of excise taxes, migration, circulation of goods, investments, independent mode of crossing points", the Vice Premier noted.
