Tashkent, Uzbekistan (UzDaily.uz) — A basalt products plant located in the Farish district of the Jizzakh region has been put up for auction by the Bureau of Compulsory Enforcement, according to the E-auksion electronic trading platform. The facility has a starting price of 230.526 billion soums, with the auction scheduled for 21 September.

The property is situated in the Egizbulak mahalla, 32 km from the district's administrative center of Bogdon and 26.5 km northwest of Jizzakh city. Open data indicates that the site houses the Bazalt Mega Invest Industrial enterprise.

Spanning a total land plot of 14.86 hectares, the facility features a single-story production building measuring 4,631 square meters, including 4,304 square meters of usable space. The property is connected to water, electricity, and sewage utilities. The auction lot includes both real estate and manufacturing equipment, comprising seven BNV-450 basalt melting furnaces and three sets of machinery for continuous basalt fiber production.

The sale follows a decision by the Farish Inter-District Civil Court issued in August 2025. The object is currently subject to two active encumbrances placed by the Bureau of Compulsory Enforcement and a bank.

This marks the second basalt plant in the Farish district placed on auction by the enforcement bureau this year, following the listing of the Goldfiber Pro enterprise in May at an estimated value of 802.87 billion soums.
