Tashkent, Uzbekistan (UzDaily.uz) — Uzbekistan had 440,100 commercial organizations as of 1 July 2026, of which 351,600 were limited liability companies. LLCs accounted for 79.9% of all commercial organizations in the country, according to the National Statistics Committee.

According to statistical data, the number of limited liability companies reached 351,586. Private enterprises ranked second with 47,107, accounting for 10.7% of all commercial organizations.

There were 37,192 family enterprises, representing 8.5% of the total.

Joint-stock companies accounted for 644 organizations, or 0.1%. Another 3,611 commercial organizations, or 0.8%, belonged to other legal forms.

Thus, limited liability companies remain the most common legal form among commercial organizations in Uzbekistan.
