Japanese, Uzbek officials discuss relations

Tashkent, Uzbekistan (UzDaily.com) -- Ministry of Foreign Affairs of the Republic of Uzbekistan held a meeting with the Ambassador Extraordinary and Plenipotentiary of Japan Yoshihisa Kuroda on 8 November 2012.

The sides discussed practical aspects of the Uzbek-Japanese relations, as well as working issues of the upcoming the Fourth foreign ministers' meeting in Tokyo within the framework of the "Central Asia-Japan" Dialogue

As reported earlier, the Fourth meeting of the Ministers of Foreign Affairs within the dialogue "Central Asia plus Japan" will be held in Tokyo, Japan, on 10 November 2012.

It is expected that ministers of foreign affairs of Kazakhstan, Kyrgyzstan, Uzbekistan, Tajikistan and Japan will attend the meeting.
