Japan upsets Colombia in Group H opener

Tashkent, Uzbekistan (UzDaily.uz) -- Japan clinched a 2-1 victory over Columbia in the Group H opener of the World Cup in Russia.

Carlos Sanchez was shown red card for ball handling after three minutes. Kagawa netted the penalty to open the score.

Juan Quintero scored a leveler on 39 minutes of the game. Yuga Osako scored on 87 minutes of the match to claim all three points for Japan.
