ITE Uzbekistan acquires O’ZuPACK

Tashkent, Uzbekistan (UzDaily.com) -- ITE Uzbekistan, an organizer of exhibitions and conferences, signed a general agreement on acquiring exhibition brands O’ZuPACK and O’ZBEKinPRINT.

The company said that it acquired O’ZuPACK and O’ZBEKinPRINT to further expand exhibition of packaging industry.

So far, O’ZuPACK was the main competitor for young brand IPack Uzbekistan.

The exhibition O’ZuPACK has over 15-year history. It is the largest exhibition in packaging and polygraph industries, and held each year in autumn.

The deal envisages that ITE Uzbekistan will own all rights to the exhibition and use of O’ZuPACK and O’ZBEKinPRINT brands.

ITE Uzbekistan said that O’ZuPACK will be held in October 2014 within the Central Asian Industrial Week 2014.
