IT Park Ventures Invests US$50,000 in Joymee Startup

Tashkent, Uzbekistan (UzDaily.com) — Startup Joymee, which is developing a next-generation digital platform for searching and listing real estate in Uzbekistan, has raised a total of US$150,000 in investment during the “Taqdimot” investment show on Zo’r TV.

The investment round involved IT Park Ventures, Aloqa Ventures, and a group of business angels. IT Park Ventures invested US$50,000, Aloqa Ventures contributed US$20,000, and investors from Nexus Club invested US$80,000.

The Joymee platform is a digital solution for searching and listing real estate that changes the approach to housing selection in Uzbekistan. One of its key features is the display of all properties on an interactive map, making the search for apartments, houses, and cottages more convenient and transparent for users.

Today, more than 130,000 listings are available on the platform nationwide, making Joymee one of the largest digital real estate solutions in the country.

The investment raised will be used for further product development, expansion of platform functionality, strengthening the team, and scaling the business.

For IT Park Ventures, the deal marks another step in supporting promising technology companies and innovative solutions for everyday user needs.

The investment in Joymee reflects the fund’s confidence in the potential of digital transformation in the real estate market and the company’s prospects for further growth.
