Islam Karimov congratulates Kyrgyz leader with Independence Day

Tashkent, Uzbekistan (UzDaily.com) -- President of Uzbekistan Islam Karimov has sent congratulation message to the President of Kyrgyz Republic Roza Otunbaeva on the occasion of Independence Day.

Uzbek President in his message expressed his assurance that the Uzbek-Kyrgyz relations will further develop on the principles of good neighborhood and constructive cooperation.
