Ipoteka Bank’s third additional emission of shares registered

The Board of Directors of the Ipoteka Bank announced that the State registration of its third additional emission of shares was completed on 7 August.

The bank has issued ordinary inscribed stock, in the form of 15 million shares with the face value of 1,000 soums.

Thus, the total float is to attract 15 billion soums in capital.
