Ikrom Halimov heads state-owned Kafolat insurance company

Tashkent, Uzbekistan (UzDaily.com) -- Ikrom Halimov has been appointed to the director-general of the state joint-stock insurance company Kafolat.

Cabinet of Ministers of Uzbekistan adopted a corresponding resolution on 14 October, while Supervisory Council approved decision on his appointment on 25 October.

Prior to appointment, Ikrom Halimov has worked as deputy head of the State inspection on insurance supervision under the Ministry of Finance of Uzbekistan.

Founded in March 1997 in line with the governmental resolution, Kafolat state joint stock company is one of the leading insurance companies in Uzbekistan.
