Uzbekistan and China Expand AI and Digital Education Partnership
Tashkent, Uzbekistan (UzDaily.com) — Deputy Minister of Digital Technologies of the Republic of Uzbekistan Rustam Karimjonov held a working meeting with a delegation from the Chinese company Shanghai LinkWise Data Intelligence, a prominent specialist in data processing and intelligent systems.
The sides focused on strengthening the bilateral partnership in digital infrastructure and deploying advanced technological solutions.
During the negotiations, the officials discussed in detail the practical implementation results of a joint project to establish a modular intelligent computing center located in the Takhiatash District of the Republic of Karakalpakstan. The launch of this facility is designed to substantially boost the region's technological capacity and support large-scale digitalization processes.
In addition to infrastructure projects, the meeting participants paid special attention to strategic areas for updating Uzbekistan's educational system.
The parties reviewed the prospects for the further development of digital education across the republic, as well as the integration of modern artificial intelligence technologies into the learning process.
Following the negotiations, the partners confirmed their mutual readiness to expand practical cooperation, execute new promising initiatives, and engage in regular exchanges of experience to accelerate the overall digital transformation of the country.
