Gasoline prices grow in Uzbekistan again

Tashkent, Uzbekistan (UzDaily.uz) -- Uzbekistan increased gasoline prices from 1 January 2015. The prices for fuel rose by 25 soums.

From New Year, a litre of Ai-80 gasoline costs 2,030 soums per litre. Earlier, the price for 1 litre of the gasoline of this mark was 2,005 soums a litre.

The automobile owners now can buy a litre of Ai-91, A-92 and Ai-93 gasoline for 2,235 soums (earlier 2,210 soums) and Ai-95 – 2,460 soums (2,435 soums).

The price of diesel fuel now makes up 2,200 soums per litre (earlier – 2,175 soums), while ECO diesel fuel – 2,280 soums per litre (2,255 soums).

The growth of prices was connected with increase of tax for individuals for consumption of automobile fuel, which rose from 265 soums to 290 soums for litre from 1 January 201g.

Last time, gasoline prices rose in Uzbekistan in January 2014.
