Five Uzbek Citizens Return Home With Consulate Assistance

Tashkent, Uzbekistan (UzDaily.uz) — The Consulate General of Uzbekistan is continuing its efforts to protect the rights and legitimate interests of citizens residing within its consular district, while also providing consular and legal assistance, Dunyo news agency reports.

In June 2026, practical assistance was provided to five citizens of Uzbekistan who found themselves in difficult life situations.

Among them were individuals who were seriously ill, citizens facing various personal hardships, and a single mother with children who was experiencing financial difficulties.

Following the review of their applications, officials from the Consulate General provided comprehensive assistance in organizing their return to Uzbekistan.

The repatriation of the citizens was organized using funds from the Migration Agency under the Cabinet of Ministers of the Republic of Uzbekistan.
