Tashkent, Uzbekistan (UzDaily.uz) —  A fire broke out in a truck on the "Kamchik" Pass, caused by the detachment of a faulty front wheel. This was reported by the Road Safety Service of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of Uzbekistan.

The incident occurred on November 5, 2024, at 1:30 PM on the 258th kilometer of the A-373 highway, which runs through the "Kamchik" Pass towards "Tashkent-Dolina."

Fortunately, there were no casualties as a result of the incident.

Road police and emergency services personnel are on-site, fully controlling the situation.

Traffic on this section of the road has been temporarily suspended, and it will be immediately restored once the fire is extinguished.
