Ferghana and Runking Discuss Automotive Investment Projects

Tashkent, Uzbekistan (UzDaily.com) — The Governor of Ferghana, Khayrullo Bozorov, held a meeting with a delegation led by Zheng Guochuan, Director of China’s Runking Automotive Group.

During the talks, the parties thoroughly reviewed issues related to the further development of mutually beneficial cooperation and the implementation of investment projects in the region.

It was noted that in recent years the strategic partnership between Uzbekistan and China has been consistently strengthening across all sectors, while interregional ties are becoming more active and substantive.

Special attention was given to ongoing projects involving Chinese investors already operating in the region, as well as prospective initiatives planned in cooperation with Runking Automotive Group.

Following the meeting, the sides signed a memorandum of cooperation and outlined concrete measures for the practical implementation of the reached agreements.
