Enterprise on production of medicaments for endocrine diseases to be created in Tashkent

Tashkent, Uzbekistan (UzDaily.com) -- Eli Lilly (the United States) and Tarchomin Polfa (Poland) will implement a project on organization of production of medicaments for treatment of endocrine diseases in 2014-2015.

The project will be implemented in Tashkent. The project cost is US$12 million, of which US$8 million will be direct investments of the foreign companies.

The project was included into the investment programme of Uzbekistan for 2014. It is planned to use investments for US$3 million in 2014.

After the launch, the enterprise will produce 5 million conditions units of products a year.
